Check my PM

Why are you offering help via pm? It is stated clearly in the Terms of Use, in the GeekU Rules, and elsewhere on this site that no help is to be offered via pm, of any kind, for any reason. All help is to be done on the site.

Itachi, if you feel you may have a malware, please read and follow the directions in this thread, and one of our Malware staff will gladly assist you.

Oh, I saw his first topic in the Waiting room which I couldn't post in.

After I saw this topic, I had already sent the PM.

Sorry :)

The problem wasn't malware related, it was to do with a piece of software called Messenger Live! Plus.

It's not so much that we are concerned about you giving out malware advice, but the fact that you were giving any advice or help in the form of a PM. If someone has a problem, it benefits everyone to see what was to done to resolve it. Not to mention, posting it here, we are aware of what your advice is, so we can make sure it's not harmful, or against the TOU. To send a PM to anyone for any help at all is strictly against the TOU.
