Hello fellow Geeks,

I'm wanting to buy and install (I know how to install) a new graphics card. My current card (ATI Radeon X800XT (265mb I think)) doesn't support the shader model 3 for the new games . I'm not really good with comprehending what is and isn't compatible with my PC . I want to spend as less as possible for a card that meets what I'm looking for.

I'm hoping to buy one on September 30th. Any adivce or suggestions would be great, thx.
