problem is the following:

i have to read from stdin list of names, and then to sort them. don't have the number of names nor the maximum lenght of a name.
so, i need smth like char **names declaration. but, how do i proceed?
i know that at some point i need to allocate the memory for these names, but how do i do that, given that i know nothing about their size?
help help, pls!
