I am using a VZAccess Manager to access the internet from my desktop. The icon for the manager appears in the lower right hand bar along with the network icon. When the network shifts to local access only I lose my internet connection even though the VZ icon shows that I am still connected to the Broadband and have several green bars indicating that all is well. In order to reach the internet again I must reboot my computer. Verizon Wireless Tech support tells me that it is not a problem with the air card but rather with something in Vista that is causing the problem. I have no idea what to do in order to resolve this problem. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thank you.
