I'm looking for help for looking for good graphics cards to update my current one. I'm generally new towards computer upgrading. I mainly only play World of Warcraft on this computer and am looking for ways to improved my computer performance. In game i run around 5 fps during high visual scenes with all settings set to the absolute min. The game usually tends lag? would be a close word but now the one i'm looking for. If someone could please help.

Realistically not worth upgrading, you'll do better to consider replacing the entire unit.
Newer graphics cards will simply spend all day waiting for the system to catch up and you'll be no better off.
