Hi,

Could someone please help me, I am completely new to Geeks to go. So i do apologize in advance if I have posted in the wrong area or anything else. I keep getting error messages like the topic title suggests. Its been happening a couple of days now, Also before this started (I own a Dell XPS M1530) I used to be able to click save session and shut down PC, But cannot do this anymore, as it just goes back to the log on screen.

My norton stopped working (which isnt the 1st time i've had issues with this anti-virus, I have tried AVG, no joy, also Malware-bytes, No joy. So I am all out of ideas as to what to do.

Can someone please help me, I would be extremely grateful.

Jupiter

I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a OTListIt2 log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a OTListIt2 log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
