hello!

i am receiving this message when trying to get into the itunes store.
itunes could not connect to the itunes store make sure your connection is active and try again

i have ran the diagnostics and it says my secure connection failed. i am connected to the internet. this problem began when i started using a new wireless router at my house in july. however, i am now at my school and still cannot access the itunes store. i have also been connected to other routers and still cannot connect.

i have flushed my dns settings as suggested multiple times. my firewall is off. (when it was on itunes was allowed). i am using panda interenet security. i was using the same internet security before and could get into the itunes store so i dont think the problem lies there.

my diagnostic test results...

iTunesHelper 9.0.0.70 is currently running.
Apple Mobile Device service 2.50.39.0 is currently running.

Even if your firewall is off, iTunes can still be restricted internet access I think.
Have you tried putting it into the exclusions list?
