On their web site? Why don't they just upload the images to their site and make the html page(s) to show their images? Not that hard or shouldn't be if they have their own site.
Does their site allow PHP and databases? If so, there are many good photo gallery apps that can be installed on the site:
Free Photo Galleries:
PhotoJoy (Wallpaper Collages, 3D Screensavers, PhotoToy Widgets, Professional photos, easy to use): http://www.photojoy....o.aspx?id=11299 (see video: )
Coppermine Photo Gallery: http://coppermine-gallery.net/
Gallery: http://gallery.menalto.com/
Full Screen Image Gallery (It automatically scales the image with kept aspect ratio to fill the browser background, with a flickr search engine, thumbnails, captions, preloader and some other goodies): http://devkick.com/b...ery-and-flickr/
12 Javascript Image Galleries: http://tutorialblog....mage-galleries/
JavaScript Image Gallery and Slideshow: http://www.leigeber....lery-slideshow/
Galleria (JavaScript image gallery written in jQuery): http://devkick.com/lab/galleria/
Photo Gallery Fast Creator 1.0.7.0 (Freeware): http://www.brotherso...tor-250901.html

Free Jalbum web album software: http://jalbum.net/

You're welcome. Sounds good. Don't know if a Content Management System (CMS) would be of any help, but you can check it out, too:
Free Content Management Systems:

File Thingie?(small web-based file manager written in PHP. It is intended for those who need to give others access to a part of their server's file system when FTP is not practical): http://www.solitude.dk/filethingie/
