Some guys I know want to upload pictures of themselves cycling. Is there a free site that would allow them to embed pictures automatically on a page of their website?

thx

On their web site? Why don't they just upload the images to their site and make the html page(s) to show their images? Not that hard or shouldn't be if they have their own site.

Does their site allow PHP and databases? If so, there are many good photo gallery apps that can be installed on the site:

i didnt answer any of your questions though sorry
i make their site www.kmkcycling.com i dont want to get their pics emailed to me and then i have to put them on a photo page

You're welcome. Sounds good. Don't know if a Content Management System (CMS) would be of any help, but you can check it out, too:

File Thingie?(small web-based file manager written in PHP. It is intended for those who need to give others access to a part of their server's file system when FTP is not practical): http://www.solitude.dk/filethingie/
