I know that I am not supposed to repost, but 6 days ago I posted this and got no response. Ive also posted in the waiting room after 4 days as requested so i figured that this is my only option. I know you all are busy and I appreciate everything you do here, but if you cant get to me could someone please let me know when I can expect a response ?

Thanks again for all you do.

Howdey - I was directed to this area of the forum by one of your staff members who was helping me with some xp issues. I kept geting some bsod errors. Actually alot of them. After runing through some things with this gentelman we ran some sort of scan from the "run" box and it appeared to have fixed my issue. He told me that if it were to happen again to come this way. The other day I got a bsod, restarted twice and twice got different errors. so three different ones it total. I have been through your spyware removal process and it appears that nothing was removed. In malwarebytes there were three postings telling me to turn on my AV, firewall, and automatic updates. I downloaded avast as recomended, turned on the firewall, and let AU stay off as i do not want it to update without my knowledge of what is comeing into my system.

I will post all the logs I have, though OTL did not produce anything for me as it should have. ran it twice to be sure.

These are all the logs I have. I will not be around the suspected infected machine this weekend, though I will have my laptop for any questions.

I was also told that If it is not infected that I could get a clean bill of health and come back to the software / hardware portion of the site.

Thank you very much for your time.
