Hey weza i made your log a new topic.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\OOBE\BLANK.HTM
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {82B98006-7A56-11D2-A26F-00C04F962769} - (no file)

also, this file looks really suspicious.
C:\WINDOWS\SLRUNDLL.EXE

Please run a free online virus scan here:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

And a free trojan scan here:
http://www.moosoft.com/

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

Ditto:

Hope I'm not being a pain, but I'm pretty sure that whats going on with my computer is something new and more devious.

I have installed, Moosoft, household anti virus, pop up scanner, tc monitor, clean up, win patrol and spy sweeper. Most since I have emailed you in the last few days.

None have been very effective, I've had to keep cleaning out extras that keep sneaking into my system. Even found 9 snuck into my favorites.

There may be some connection with the additional task bar that appears regularly. It doesn't show up anywhere, the only way I'm able to control it, and remove it is manually.

Right click this new toolbar, press search toolbar and it disappears,. Then immediately right click the top regular toolbar and right click lock toolbar.

This removes this toolbar until you bring up any site, again or a new site. But when this taskbar is not on the screen, it STOPS, the constant [every few minutes] pop up activity, plus the pop up stopper kicks in and works more effectively.

The "Win Tools" Trojan has somehow been removed but attempts to re-enter my system daily. I have used "The Cleaner" 2 days in a row, each day it's been reported as being removed, but it somehow still tenaciously returning. I don't download anything except the recommended programs since I utilized Hijack.

Hijack still can't be brought up on my screen either the logs or even reinstalled, off line or on line no, Hijack on my computer.

Is this situation unique to my computer or are others getting messed up.

The most irritating problem is the "Boxes' that apperar every 15 secons while i'm offline that can't be stopped until I actually go online. They have a place to hit with your mouse that says "work offline' if you hit that button, it back again as a reminder in 15 seconds, if you try to hit the upper right crner with your mouse it reappears at least three times until it returns in 15 seconds. If it's ignored and moved to the edge of the screen it accumulate under the original a exra box again every fifteen seconds or so, but doesn't show up anywhere on the start menu programs or even on the history.
