Bluetooth Problem

Hello all,

Last year I purchased a Sony Vaio VGN-AR720E laptop computer equipped with Bluetooth, however until a few days ago I had not tried to start Bluetooth. Now, I am unable to open it. I am wireless, and have opened the Wireless Device Switch, however Bluetooth does not appear as an option.

I have done a bit of research online and have discovered numerous other people with similar problems, but have not found a solution. I simply want to be able to send and receive files (photos and music) to and from my phone (Samsung C3050). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
