Call Newegg. If it has been less than 30 days, they will walk you through the RMA process with them. If it has been more, then you need to RMA with eVGA.

Newegg and eVGA are known for having excellent support/customer service. You can get their numbers by visiting their websites.

That sucks that happened. Lucky you didn't catch your house on fire. :)

Does any one think I should give Gigabyte a try, my replacement is supposed to be here in a few days.... but I don't like having house fires.....
