When I go to System Tools and click on Disk Defragmenter I don't see color display of files. Clicking on Analyze I get progress bar but it freezes at small amount and never moves. When I clcik on Defrag I get message Unable to Start Defrag.
I haven't performed any troubleshooting as I have never encountered this before. I think I had periodic scans scheduled once a week. All other functions on my T400 Lenovo are fine.
It is over 4 years since I have visited thi forum and at that time I had a serious virus problem and it was solved by one of you genuises which I waas very thankful for your help. This is very minor but annoying problem. Would appreciate any help. Pokerj

broni, Thanks for your interest. You spurred me on to reviewing past postings on this problem and I did try 2 of the suggestions. Running Superantispyware solved the problem. When I did get Defrag started it responded not worth defraging as my disk was already opimized.
