Cannot open norton, spybot, ad-aware, etc [RESOLVED]

I am sorry that I disappeared from the boards, but I finally found the problem. Kaspersky finally worked (the onine scan) and detected cdosours.exe, which had hijacked and shut off all of my antivirus / spyware programs. Norton doesn't even have cdosours on file~!!! After my subscription runs out with norton, I am so trashing it. Kaspersky did a wonderful job and found the file that neither trend or norton or panda could find.
