Hey guys, I had my computer reformatted around a month ago because of a virus. I got it back, installed AVG Free edition and thought that'd be the end of it. I'm not exactly sure if this is a virus or a faulty setup of Vista when I reformatted it. When I first got it, I installed FireFox, IDM, VLC and a few other small programs with no problems. Recently I've tried installing PC Wizard, DivX Player, and a few others and none have worked. I always get an error stating "NAE OF PROGRAM has stopped working"...

I ran sfc /runnow got a Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation. I tried to run the Windows Autoplay Fix and I also got the "has stopped working" error.

Anyone have any advice?
