I recently bought WoW. However every so often as I play the game my pc totally freezes, forcing me to hard boot it. Longest I was able to play it was an hour and the half or so. I can hear my fan, it seems to be running fine and when it freezes the back of my pc is never hot. (Where the fan is) I know I surpass the bare minimum requirements. And just in case i turned the graphics and sound all the way down. yet still it freezes.

One of my friends said it may be my graphic card.(I use Direct x 9.0)as far as further info I don't know how to find it to be honest with you. I am not techno savvy obviously. Lol

Any suggestions on what the issue may be? Or perhaps how I can find my graphic card info?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

I would suggest getting cpu z to determine your components, very simple.

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Its a very small program and gives all hardware info. Hope this helps.
