Vundo, no safe mode, total security

Hello,

I've been getting repeating "Vundo" attacks and cleaned? with Malwarebytes over the last week ... I can't boot in safe mode, and now I have Total Security virus ( won't let me run any program except IE ( internet explorer )...
What to do ?
