Basically I got this: http://www.xp-vista....rd-2009-removal

I would follow their instructions, but I cannot find the files I need to delete in the folders specified...

How can I remove this. My internet explorer redirects most pages to winshield2009 site.

I'm hammerman and I'm going to help you fix your problem.

Can you please go to the Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide and follow the steps in the guide.

These steps will remove the majority of infections. If you still need assistance, post the following logs in a reply to this topic. Please do not attach the logs or put them in Code or Quote boxes.

1. RootRepeal log
2. Malwarebytes log
3. OTL logs
