my screne has gone whit it only seems to be for 1 user when i log on as the administrator it does not seem to happen. Just before it started i had been browsing th internet looking for ways to make money from home and had downloaded a casino site. When i tried to shut the site down without joining it woulld not let me. I closed the computer down by turning it off and then went to program uninstall that was when my screne went white. I logged back in as administrator and did a system restore, this seems to have got rid of the site but when i log back in as a user my screne still locks up and goes white

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty (and you may not be) then post an OTL log in THE MALWARE FORUM forum.
