I am looking for some web sites to do the following , do you know of any that can do this ?

You find a nice video clip on the internet or a picture ,would prefer a video clip though, you then copy its url link, you then paste that url link in a special website that Im looking for, after you pasted that url
in that website you also add your email, and then just click submit ,without having to wait for the video clip to be uploaded from your pc,
because you expect that special website to do it for you.

Is there such a website and is the service free ?

Please can you post me some of these sites here ?

Um, you've found a video clip and you want to send it to somebody else. It's not going to come from your computer because it's already on the internet.
Most websites and videos have a "Send this to a friend" type option that you can use.

Or, use the Firefox add-on: Email The Web 2.15

EmailTheWeb allows you to easily email the exact web page you are viewing to anyone you want. EmailTheWeb works with all web pages, even if it's password protected, dynamically generated, or has framesets. The subject of the email is set to the title of the web page (which you can change) and you can also add an optional note. Supports all email accounts and email addresses.

i think either of those options would still require you to wait for the video to finish buffering or download once you decide to view the video...there's nothing that's going to download the video file then email it to you....it will just email a link (usually) that you go to and from there you view the video from the website just like you were already there
