Control Alt Delete

My computer is working fine, although my control alt delete is not working!
this is new and has never happened to me before.. i press control + alt + delete and nothing happens!!

P.S. Also how do i access startup programs and disable them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Morpheus

I just recently had the same problem and ran all my antivirus and spyware and they didn't find anything. I did some research and found out that it was a new attack system called Rootkit I recommend going to and getting these two Items Antivir guard a free virus scanner from free-av.com and get RootKitRevealer from www.sysinternals.com. I used both and now I have my ctrl+alt+del.
