Hello everyone

A friend of mine is wanting to completely wipe his hard drive but he does not have the windows OS disk that would do it for him.

Is there a way to manually wipe the hard drive on a computer?

You can use DBAN to wipe it, but you would need an OS disk to reload an OS, but you could use Linux instead of Windoze.
