i really need help...when i go to My Computer>Local Disk>i right clicked on Program Files and it has 911 GB size but my hard disk was only 20gb please help me!!

With all due respect, I very much doubt you're running a 20Gb hard drive. Vista takes up 15Gb on it's own so that would leave no space for anything else.
Can you check that again please, the size of your hard drive?
