Hello,

I have installed and run Adaware, Spybot, Microsoft Anti-Spyware beta, Spyware Blaster, CCleaner, Trend Micro online Anti-Virus Check, Norton Anti-Virus Check. I am pulling my hair out and don't know what else to do. They pop up even when my browser is closed!

Hi and welcome Deborah2901

Please open HJT> Click on the Config button> Click >Misc. Tools > Click > Open Process manager> Check Show DLLs > Highlight “ ISASS.exe “ >Click> Kill process>
Next click the scan button and put a check mark next to the following, close all open windows , Click “ Fix Checked”

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Admin Protocal] ISASS.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\windows\system32\eliterfi32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Admin Protocal] ISASS.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Admin Protocal] ISASS.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Admin Protocal] ISASS.exe

Reboot to safe mode ( by tapping the F8 key on start up ) make sure you can view all hidden folders/files View Hidden Folders search for and delete the following in BOLD

C:\windows\system32\eliterfi32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ISASS.exe Make sure you note the difference between the legit C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe na dthe one we need you to delete

Restart your computer, restart HJT and post back a fresh log
