I built a homemade computer with these specs:

Power Supply: BFG GS-550 (550W EPS12V),
CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.0 GHz)
CPU cooler: Freezer 7 pro
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P (P45)
Memory: OCZ Platinum PC2-8500 2x1-GB
Video Card: Radeon HD 4850 512MB

When I turned it on, the fans powered up for 2 seconds, then it beeped once and turned off.
Now, it doesn't beep.

I rechecked all the cables, checked the cpu cooler, have the bare minimum components connected, and I checked to make sure the mobo wasn't short-circuiting.

What is wrong with it?
