Hi there

Having an Acer Aspire 3500 running XP sp2. New installation with newest drivers I could find.
Problem is that from boot to boot the keyboard behave in 2 different ways. Most of the time it is reacting VERY slow if at all reacting and sometimes it's normal.

Running in safe mode it's OK every time.
