I've already read the very helpful Malware removal guide in the main forums. I've run the TFC and downloaded ERANT. I can't, however, run Malwarebytes. I even tried renaming the .exe file, and it still won't run. This trojan has taken over my desktop, I can't access my Task manager options, and I even tried running the stupid thing in safe mode! This is way above my level of expertise! Can anyone help, please?
