Virus cleaning help?

Okay, so I've been to this website before as Rimo, and had some help with my other computer. This is my grandma's laptop, and she needs help with cleaning some viruses as she has never had protection before.

I did kaspersky scan and it didn't pick up anything. I did MBAM scan, rootrepeal and OTL scan. Also TFC before that.

Here's the logs.. can you tell me if I'm clean?
