IE 6 and Desktop Hijacker[RESOLVED]

Hello! I'm helping a family friend with their infected PC. It was taken over by a hijacker delivered with a trojan. It has bascially disabled IE 6 and their Desktop (no icons anymore, there isn't even an option to choose a wallpaper under display settings). They are running Windows XP SP2 and I have ran all the preliminary software that was listed elseware on this site (Spybot, Ad-Aware, etc). Here are my 2 logs:
