world of warcraft and port forwarding

hi, up until ten days ago i could play this game. got a new mouse a microsoft wireless optical 2000 n the game wont work. i tried the ingame repair facility but cannot connect to the game. i reinstalled, or tried to but cannot connect to servers. contacted bt, my pc connects via a homehub, n set the hub for wow but still no games, i tried portforwarding tests with pfportchecker, even this shows it cannot connect to a server or at leasst answer says it cannot hek
