Hard Drive Connector Question.

I recently did a hard drive upgrade on my Acer Aspire Timeline laptop. Everything went well, but I ran into a connector from the sata hard drive to the motherboard and I had to remove from the old drive and place it on the new drive. Without this connector, I would of been unable to make the connection. What is this connector called as I would like to buy it for spare?

Thanks. Hope I made myself clear.
