Alright I'm typing this in safe mode with networking. Whenever I start up normally it will work for about 5 min then it seems Windows Explorer just freezes/crashes. And in the task manager it will show my Dual Core CPU in a constant use of 50-70% just when doing nothing. Please help.

I have tried to isolate the problem by disabling all the applications that start up upon starting up except Windows Defender. Still the same thing. But again it works in safe mode.

Just some specs if you need them.
