Hey guys, yet again I have problems. (luckily my laptop is fine!)

Can anyone help?

I came into the lounge this morning to find this message:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

I have no idea how to bypass or solve this - and no idea what to do next?

Guys, I hate to double post, but I think I may have worked it out? I pressed f8 during set up and went to last configuration that worked - is this right? it has all loaded ok!?

You did great and if I can suggest something to help out.
There is a series of books called Dummies
IE: Windows for Dummies
Computer repair for Dummies
This is what I started with 15 years ago.
Very well written with lots of illustrations. They are written in plain english for noobies as you say you are.
If you can't purchase them please feel free to utilize GTG for all your help as we are happy to help whenever we can.
