Can't connect to MS or AV sites Combo-Fix log

Hello, I can't connect to Microsoft or major antivirus sites. My wife was using this computer (berfore she got a new one) and I have no idea what happened. Mine crashed and I've reverted back to this one. I found an old topic and ran Combo-Fix and the TFC cleaner. It didn't fix it, so I deleted the Combo-Fix log and re-ran the program. Here's what I got:
