my computer (an HP on vista) has started going to the login screen when the system has been idle for about 2 minutes. now this is puzzling me, cause i have checked the power options and all the advanced power options in it and have unchecked password on startup, so i am guessing i am missing something here.

this started soon after i recently upgraded to the service pack 2, and i have no idea what to do now, its not a huge deal of course, just a nuisance when doing work and the system makes a ding noise and goes to the login

any ideas? thanks in advance!!

yeah i have googled this hardcore, plus i know from experience, nothing in power options is set to do this, anything involving require a password on wakeup is off, so i have no idea why the computer goes to the login screen minutes after not being touched, aka idling
