cannot access to antivirus websites or update

Hi,

My computer has a problem. It cannot access to any antivirus websites and when I download some spyware softs, they even dont run.
I read the topic "Trojandowloader.xs removed - cannot access antivirus websites or updat" but after I run ComboFix, it didnt produce any reports.
One more thing, I uninstalled Kaspersky but when I run ComboFix, it still says that the Kaspersky is still active.

Pls help!!!!

It seems that the problem is solved, I can access to antivirus websites now. But I just tried to use ComboFix again and it still says that Kaspersky is active and again no reports are produced.
So does it mean my computer is still infected?
