Hi i have no idea what i did to cause this or how to correct it.
IE will display some site but not others, after doing many network diagnostic checks its always the same reason. This is info from log

HTTP,HTTPS,FTP connectivity

Info HTTP successfully connected to www.microsoft.com
Info HTTPS successfully connected to www.microsoft.com
Warn FTP(passive)ERROR 12029 connecting to FTP.microsoft.com a connection with the server could not be established
Warn FTP(active) ERROR 12029 could not make a FTP connection to FTP.microsoft.com.

When i do the TalkTalk check it says everything is working properly yet its taken 2hrs to get this far. Everything is so slow.

This error is displayed because of incorrect network configurations, problem with the DNS settings of your PC, and other reasons. Try resetting your network configurations as shown under:

1. Click the Start button on your Taskbar.

2. Type "network and sharing center" in the Search Box displayed at the bottom.

3. Open that from the Search Results.

4. Click on Troubleshoot problems icon.

5. Follow the troubleshooting wizard and your problem will be automatically fixed.
