Hi geeks!
Is there anyone offering free downloads for this useful and necessary piece of hardware
without pushing a system for scanning the whole computer for driver issues?
The PC I'm downloading onto isn't the one the drivers are for, and all I'm after is a zip file
or similar.
Sounds a bit duh, I know, but all the sites I went on seemed to be intent on making me take
more than just a free DL of the driver.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Hello the chemist.... Welcome to GeeksToGo, :) :) :)

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. We will try to help you resolve this as soon as possible.
Please understand we are all volunteers and we are not here all the time. Sometimes it may be a extended amount of time to get back to you. If it has been more then 3 days please shoot me a PM and I will try to get back to you quickly then.

If this is a integrated video then can you supply the make and model of the MOBO?
Then we can attempt to find the original drivers for the MOBO which will include the drivers for the video. Is there a MOBO drivers disk?
