Hi all!

Firefox is just TOO SLOW for me, it uses up way too much memory... and for some reason my Internet Explorer does not work ever since it forced me to upgrade to 7, *or was that 8...* any ideas all? Firefox crashes... and the worst of all, every 2 minutes it just freezes for like 5-10 seconds... no I don't have a virus either :) thanks.

Hi there! This is Kate from the Internet Explorer Outreach Team. First of all, could you describe the problems you're having with IE in more detail? Secondly, you can check which version of IE you have? Go to Help, then to About. Let me know so we can figure out how to get your IE working perfectly! Cheers!

According to this topic HERE you are infected with a Trojan backdoor virus which has never been corrected by the malware staff.
You posted none of the required logs in that forum and that makes it more difficult for a tech to assist.
This could indeed cause the issues you are having.
I would suggest you post in the Waiting Room so one of the Malware Techs can assist you and go thru the logs to make sure you are completely healthy.

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum. Since you already have a active topic then post them in that topic. If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

He is also using 2 virus scanners. They will create false positives and is actually worse that using just 1. We only recommend 1 virus scanner because of this.

AVG *I use this virus scanner and Avira AntiVir*
