Unknown Device Serioux Gamepad

I bought yesterday a Serioux Phantom 2000 Gamepad and when I pluged it in, the message "unknown device" is shown.

I`m using Windows 7 Ultimate x32 and I thought this was the problem, but I went to a friend that has W7 installed too and it installed the drivers instantly.

I can't find out what the problem could possibly be.

Additional info: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

I need some sugestions please. If you need additional information, I can provide it.
