Usb Not working

MY Pc is a ACer RC900 and i installed MCE on it
but when i reformatted it the usb stopped working
plz help
my entire usb hub is unusable
and i got 4 external hd to use

Remove the lead for the hub then click start then my computer then view system information then hardware then device manager then click + for universal serial bus controllers then right click the hub then click uninstall then OK then close the window and reboot then plug in the lead for the hub
