I can not open outlook email on #2 computer when it is opened on #1 computer is there a way of fixing this ?
The message comes up
cannot open your default e-mailfolders
the file z:\outlook.pst cannot be opened

I presume Drive Z is a network drive and both computers are set up with a Drive Z to point to the same file?
If so, then you won't be able to have both Outlooks open using the same file. There is no fix for this. The only resolution is only use one computer on that file at any one time.
