I was playing a game, and started to see the pc a bit slower, then restarted it, when i rebooted, windows showed the Desktop totally clean withouth no one icon, and withouth start menu, then i rebooted one time more.

When i did it, windows did the same, then i rebooted one time more.

This time, Windows XP booted right, but when it showed the desktop, i did see a error saying a exception ocurred on dll32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll, NvStartup.

Then i searched on google and did found your communitty, readed a bit, but i dont know what to do, and did a hijackthis scan to post it help, and ask for help:

Can anyone help me?

Sorry about my english,.. i have not very idea of talk it.

NvCpl.dll, NvStartup- intializes the clock and memory settings on nVidia based graphics cards. Enable if you overclock your card. If you don't, you can disable that entry as a startup.
Reinstalling nVidia video driver may be due, as well.
