Here is that infor after doing the RUN

Go to start and then accessories. Is paint in the list there?
If not then go HERE for a free alternative.

The drive is a dvd\cdrw so that is finally resolved. Now have you been able to burn the ISO of the memtest and run that test?

Look at post #2, it has all the instructions. I can repost them if you would like it and it is easier for you.

Rshaffer61,
Relook at post 20. It shows a yellow explanation on it. It has a problem. We have to fix that.

I believe a right click to un-install and then a re-boot???

In Device Manager right click on the dvd drive and then click on Uninstall
Reboot and let windows reinstall it. Go back into Device Manager and let us know if the drive still shows up with a yellow exclamation mark.

In Device Manager right click on the dvd drive and then click on Uninstall On the actual DVD drive or the Drop down menu where the Yellow light bulb is.
Reboot and let windows reinstall it. Go back into Device Manager and let us know if the drive still shows up with a yellow exclamation mark.
