GOOD JOB
The drive is a dvd\cdrw so that is finally resolved. Now have you been able to burn the ISO of the memtest and run that test? Not yet, but I will as soon as you give me that info again .... please.
In Device Manager right click on the dvd drive and then click on Uninstall On the actual DVD drive or the Drop down menu where the Yellow light bulb is.
Reboot and let windows reinstall it. Go back into Device Manager and let us know if the drive still shows up with a yellow exclamation mark.
