i am new here.
i cant delete a file on my desktop. it keeps saying: cannot delete file:cannot read from the source file or disk. i've tried everything, safe mode, dos windows, but didnt help. As i remember, i think i downloaded a movie clip from the web, but this file is empty, 0 bytes, and i cant delete it. The file name has no extension on it, it is just filename., i've tried different ways to delete it but no success. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks a lot.

ah..i tried this and it worked. Thank you to you all for your helps. I really appreciated. Just for whoever out there that has the same problem as mine...should try this:
http://www.purgeie.com/delinv.htm
and get the delinvfile.exe, it will delete whatever you want to.
