What can I do? I will do all you suggest.
Bye.

Did you clean inside with compressed air?
What is the make model of the PC? If this is a custom build then post the specs including PSU make/wattage.
What are the idle temps of the system? Post the temps and voltage from the BIOS.
May need to time to reapply thermal paste.
What did you use then?I clean inside but not with a compressed air

Hair dryers, vacuums, etc. are very dangerous, because they produce a lot of static electricity, a killer to electronic components. You can cause serious damage.
Get a can of compressed air an try again.
