Hello,

I have been using Windows Movie Maker for about 2 years now, and rarely had a problem. But today, it's a different story. I have imported a video file into WMM with out any difficulty, and arraged clips to my fancy. Still no problem. When playing and viewing the storyboard is where problems start. The first 20 seconds or so will play fine, but the video will just stop out of nowhere. Clicking play resumes the video, so I figured that it's no big problem. However, the file cannot be saved as a wmv because of what I'm guessing is a result of this. I have restarted my computer and the program, and all that has resulted is the freezing occurs in a different time. I do not know if this has anythingto do with it, but several clips are repeated in rapid succession for about 20 times. This was intentional, but I do not know if it is contributing to the problem. Please help, and thank you in advance.
