I searched and selected the following parts, from which I think it will work, but I would like some confirmation about that.
Can someone help me out here?

CASE:
Antec Performance One P183 - Midtowermodel - ATX - no power - black - USB/Audio/E-SATA
Antec EarthWatts 650 - power ( intern ) - ATX12V 2.2 - 100-240 Volt wisselstroom V - 650 Watt - actieve PFC -

MAINBOARD:
ASUS M4A77TD - Motherbord - ATX - AMD 770 - Socket AM3 - UDMA133, Serial ATA-300 (RAID) - Gigabit Ethernet

PROCESSOR:
AMD Black Edition - Processor - 1 x AMD Phenom II X4 955 / 3.2 GHz - Socket AM3 - L3 6 MB - Box
ZALMAN CNPS 9900A LED - processor fan- ( Socket 754, Socket 940, Socket 775, Socket 939, Socket

DRIVE:
Sony Optiarc AD-5240S - Schijfstation - DVD±RW (±R DL) - 24x/24x - Serial ATA - intern - 5.25" - zwart

GRAPHIC CARD:
Sapphire RADEON HD 4890 - Grafische adapter - Radeon HD 4890 - PCI Express 2.0 x16 - 1 GB GDDR5 - Digitale

HARDDRIVE:
Samsung SpinPoint F3 Desktop Class HD103SJ - Vaste schijf - 1 TB - intern - 3.5" - SATA-300 - 7200 tpm -buffer:

MEMORY:
Kingston ValueRAM - Geheugen - 4 GB ( 2 x 2 GB ) - DIMM 240-pins - DDR3 - 1333 MHz / PC3-10600 - CL9 - 1.5 V - niet-gebufferd -

That's it. I need it to be quiet too.
With this all together, I reached the limit of my budget (don't need a screen)
Did I forget something important? But more important, will this work?

Thanks!

Hi and welcome :)

Unfortunately you are missing a Power Supply, your computer will be a very nice doorstop without some juice running through all them parts. :)

Also for that Zalman make sure the AM3 socket is covered for compatibility.

And lastly, an OS?

Cheers

EDIT: Woops I missed the PSU, it's hiding under the case! :)

Yeah, looks very nice - it should be quite a nice system. Windows 7 is being released today, October 22. :)
