I searched and selected the following parts, from which I think it will work, but I would like some confirmation about that.
Can someone help me out here?

That's it. I need it to be quiet too.
With this all together, I reached the limit of my budget (don't need a screen)
Did I forget something important? But more important, will this work?

Unfortunately you are missing a Power Supply, your computer will be a very nice doorstop without some juice running through all them parts.

Also for that Zalman make sure the AM3 socket is covered for compatibility.

And lastly, an OS?

in a few weeks, there will be windows7, maybe I just wait for that one.
