Office 2007 Cut & Paste

I am having a problem with Office 2007. I can only cut and paste once. The next time I try to cut nothing appears in the clip board. Please help! It been a week.

Update: I get the same problem with cutting and pasting in Office 2003 as I did in 2007. I can cut and paste in any program (Open Office, Word Pad) and it appears in the clip board. It worked all day yesterday just in office now it doesn't. What could be wrong?
